Yikes - definitely wrong direction. Just let everything go this past week - not motivated at all. Will refocus and get back with the program. I've come too far to stop.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You have come far. Definitely don't let it all go. Refocus is good. Sometimes, it's SO easy to just take a break, but the danger is of course that the break might be much longer than initially expected. So welcome back on track. :)
