Only about 6 hours sleep last night, using fitbit HR to track actual sleeping time. :)
Not neck paid/headache not happening and for quite some time I've had no pain at all, but after I got up this morning it started in.
slowly got worse, and I realized that it was going to be one of those days.
I took my Turmeric/ginger juice cure, but this time it didn't get rid of it, only about half better, so I tried Mineral ice (menthol), that didn't help too much.
So I tried one of the stretching exercises they recommend for this kind of cervical spine damage/pain. AND IT WORKED! :)
149.0 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
