i have no idea why I've put on a pound. I've eaten nothing but fruit and cereal and killed myself at the gym four times for nothing!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Never think it's all for nothing! You're toning and becoming more healthy! Everyone says "muscle weighs more than fat" and with 4 times at the gym, I'd almost wager that's what happened: you gained more muscle! (YAY!) Keep your eyes focused on the prize and you'll see your goal through quicker than you think! ;)
