Stay with it. It took a long time to put on the weight. It won't come off overnight. Patience will pay off.

You have come such a long way - try and look back to what got the ball rolling before and get the momentum going again - you have lost so much already so you know you can!!!

Don't worry about it too much - just keep at it and eventually your body will just have to play by your rules and drop the excess. We're all rooting for you!
