Did day one of a new online 15 day challenge yesterday - comes with a very specific high protein diet and exercise video each day. I also started Cize and Piyo dvd sets. Took up the whole day. Weather had me indoors anyway. I feel very excited about this. And now I've just found out I may have to travel again for work at the end of the week. Ugh. By the time I have a couple weeks to myself I'll be too old to do anything about it! LOL
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 174.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
