Today is day 3 of the plan.

I messed up yesterday. I decided to do my dinner for lunch, and my shake for dinner to see how it goes. By the time 9 oclock came along, I was so SO SO hungry. I had a little bit of salad, but it didn't help, so I ended up eating almost 3 slices of pizza (threw half of the third out)
Sucks working at a pizza joint let me tell you! LOL

So today, I will do my shake for lunch, make sure I eat my snacks, eat a meal for dinner, and bring one of my muffin bars with me to work. That should help!!

I am down .4 of a lb today!!
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

here is an idea, grab a few small tupperware bins, and put in fruits and veggies, snack on them whenever you get the munchies. on the veggies they are a free for all, so dont worry about that. also try to drink water Before your meals and diet shakes, you will process the foods/shakes better. i did the slim fast before, it does work. so just be patient.
