still scarfing down unnecesscary cals at bedtime
woke last night resisted chicken in fridge even though hungry ;0)
WANT TO BREAK THE 190 BARRIER BY FEB 1 TEA LAST NIGHT
193.3 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 58.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
