Not logging consistently or working out as regularly...but I am eating mindfully and not overdoing anything. Feeling relaxed and not stressed over past mistakes. Moving forward. Lots on my mind but keeping it chill... Sewing has occupied my mind and have been tackling harder patterns and learning new things. FUN! :) Feeling Happy! Hope you all are having a great day!

I doubt you will lose any weight with out tracking if that is ok with you. I do not eat hardly any "junk food" and I still gain if I do not document as much as possible.
