I need to write pointers for remembering alternatives to eating. Like watch a Netflix movie, like, "Eat Pray Love" or "Julia and Julia" or "Soul Food". I could also pick up a new hobby like baking or painting still life like fruits. There's got to be a plan.
101.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
