.8 pounds That's it? I'll take it. Hoping to be down another 2 by Feb 1st
Not letting this Sciatica kick my but.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job on the loss. Even though you were looking for more, don't let it get you down, just keep it up. I hope the sciatica gets better.

Thanks. Pain is no fun. My next interval training is today. Lessons learned from last 2 sessions. I will slow my pace during the sprints and have my fingers crossed that the pain doesn't return else I know to slow it down even further. I am even more glad I don't have that pain during my day to day activities.

Thanks John. I found a great - at your desk - stretch for my sciatica and I have done a few rounds yesterday and today. I also experienced minimal pain during my interval training yesterday. Happy camper.
