I don't get it. I worked out, ate reasonably well, went out to dinner later than usual, still ate fairly well, 2 glasses of wine, and I'm up 2 pounds. #&$^#@!
191.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

Try consistently recording everything you eat, you may be getting more calories than you think.

It's clear to me. Too much food, and not enough wine.

Food out tends to be higher in calories, fats and salt. Wine runs at about 100 calories per glass. Between the extra calories and extra salty fatty food -it make s sense.

Tweak your WOE and log everything you eat. You will figure out what works for your body.

The body works to process the alcohol in the liver first, then it work on processing the dietary components. Weigh in another couple days. Glad to 'see' you back.
