Happy Tuesday FS!

Nothing like starting the day out snarling at your scale but it won't budge ... I think I'm going to change the batteries. ;-) But, I won't let that be a downer. Plugging along and staying motivated.

Got in my stretches this morning too!

173.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
