Hello FS!

The wedding was absolutely fantastic. Super time seeing family and friends. Obviously the food (raspberry brie and booze) was fabulous and yes I did partake but honestly didn't feel as if I gained as much as the scale showed. Quite a shock factor on the scale...as I did not want to be in the next decade. But, at least I did get on the scale and faced the music. WATER WATER WATER today! :)

170.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb. Still to go: 28.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Fabulous food, glorious food, the greatest celebration of life. :-) Don't worry about the gain, if you are anything at all like me it will be gone in one or two days. Glad to hear you enjoyed yourself Javadali.
