Pretty good week. Lots of hard physical work.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

your doing well! Keeping going is the key. I guess this is what life will be always like. Just have to watch what we eat. I look at those fat cells as shriveling and waiting to sop up our least little nibble of fatty or sweet stuff and they will just -POP - expand again! LOL

thank you. Just read your comment today - busy. Anyway, yes it is definitely a life-long issue. And do I ever know how quickly the sneaky little fat cells can POP!!
