Lower water intake and went to lunch with my mom for her birthday yesterday - steak salad - YUM! Went shopping with her for a few hours and visited til early evening. A really nice way to round out my week (and hers).

Breakfast this morning with friends (western omelette, no potatoes/bread but they forgot my CHEESE! :/ ) so off to a good start food-wise. Today back up with the water and got outside for 40 mins walk already. Had to cut it short to help out a child with information but planning to get back out there later for a repeat if the weather holds out. If not, I got more movement than if I'd been on the couch.

I broke down yesterday and purchased 2 pair of 14s to get me through work this week. It's frustrating but the 12s are just that little bit out of reach for full days and traveling to Tampa and back. Next time. I DID, however, find 2 pair of 12 jeans that fit (one better right now than the other) but will be even better in like 3 pounds. I'm reminding myself that in October I was wearing 16/18s. I'm not "there" yet, but I'm not where I was, either. Going forward.

I hope your Sunday is awesome buddies. If you find someone without a smile, give them yours...

This week is going to be a challenge to get everything in balance with the schedule. 2 days travel where I have less control over time and food and school semester starts tomorrow...I have room to cut time-wasters and I'll just have to buckle down and start the way I mean to end. If I don't take care of me, the rest doesn't really matter much.



183.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The steak was OMG mmmmmm....it takes a little while to "process" so I'm attributing the "up" to that and lack of water. I plan on wearing the 14s with SASS Tuesday and Wednesday. Sass and happy always helps you rock it ;)

You sound like you are doing great. One of these, as in (in the blink of an eye) you're going to be wearing 10's and thinking wow - this went fast - as hard as it was - eventually the days turn into weeks, into pounds and inches lost
