Did better planning meals and did my three runs for the week and one elliptical workout. Didn't get to zumba because my well partially collapsed over Christmas and had to deal with that after a long day teaching so just didn't have the energy. I have to travel Mon, wed, and fri but will hopefully get my runs in on tues, thurs, and sat. Also hoping to get to my zumba class at least on Thursday night. Have a good week everyone.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
