My official weigh in day and another pound bites the dust! It was a good week for me, seems like I am losing slowly, but I did go over on carbs a couple of times, tho not by much. But I'll take it! My motivation is strong, I can do this! Baby steps!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm watching your diet and learning. Was very impressed with what you ate at the Chinese buffet! We have a great Chinese buffet in our little town but I'm not brave enough to go yet. Think I'd be too tempted to eat things I shouldn't. Great job, Rhontique!

Slow weight loss means you can keep it off - so that is a good thing. Celebrate the some victories and continue making good choices. You should be proud of yourself. Replace the carbs with fresh veggies and drink a glass of hot lemon water. It is cleansing. Great job!
