Welcome! Not sure what eating plan you are but I am Low Carb High Fat (lchf). I was a volume eater and hunger always got the best of me when I tried to lose weight. Limiting my carbs has taken away the cravings and hunger I used to feel. I saw you mentioned "self control" in your profile, and yes, you will need that, but for me taking away the hunger and cravings has been a godsend! Just a thought! Good Luck on your journey. The first step has been made!
