Christmas party last night - Outback. Ate some of the cheesy fries and a very tiny amount of bloomin' onion. Diet Coke. Lamb, loaded very small baked potato, and sauteed mushrooms, and one slice of bread, no butter. Didn't eat all the lamb nor the mushrooms. Frankly, it was just TOO MUCH SALT. Felt icky last night when we got home. And still feel kind of icky today. Weighed this morning. 220. Not a huge surprise. My body apparently just randomly loves that number. Either that or my scale is stuck? LOL. Right. I was the one eating way over 2000 calories most of the week......

Outback....ummm, not really sure what all the excitement is. I make better food at home!
