I'm doing a weight watcher-ish plan. I HAVE to change the way I eat for good. I have no choice. I also started smoking again, which is not good, but it's helping to supress my hunger.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
