It's been a while since i last logged in. But I'm happy to report I'm doing great. Way over my initial goal. 100lbs more to go.

270.2 lb Lost so far: 157.3 lb. Still to go: 70.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.7 lb a week
