I've reached my 3rd 10 lb goal. I had the typical holiday set back, but I've been back on track since Jan 2. NEXT GOAL....10 MORE PONDS!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
