Got through friends birthday party last night - gosh - temptations at every turn... "are you sure I can't get you a glass of wine....?" "You have to taste this cheese - it's amazing..." Who wants to be the one at the party that constantly says no thank you, I can't.... I'm trying to watch my weight... In mixed company it can be so awkward...
177.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 177.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
