Well, I am back once again. I am hoping that I can reach my goals this time. I am in a much better place emotionally and mentally this time. My life is not perfect, but I am pretty happy and very determined. I have a great support system for a change and that will help tremendously. I am going back to what I know works for my body and that is the low carb WOE. I also have the benefit of a home gym that my bf has set up and I have access to a treadmill at my local gym. All bad food is out of the house tonight. I have been using the home gym every other day already and am going to alternate the treadmill starting today after work. My biggest addiction is to pop in general and Mountain Dew in particular, but I have not had any pop at all since NYE. Not really missing it yet.
