Well well well
A bit of a shock but somewhat not unexpected.
I still eat really well, just a tat too much ;)and the glass of wine here, the G&T there and then a little whiskey.....you get my drift.
Not really worried.
Back at work now (deep joy) but with that the routine comes back too.
Good news: I am back to running :) I joined a group (well 4 of us ) and I have been out with them twice so far. The first run was 4.7 miles through the woods and I was the first causalty by falling flat into the mud. LOL nothing was hurt apart from my pride. Yesterday it was only 2 of us and we ran along the road for 4 miles as it was just too wet to attempt anywhere else. No where near as scenic but I got out, I did it.
The other thing I need to get back into again is weights. I still got a few sessions left of PT from before I broke my foot. Will give him a call. But there is no reason why I can't pick up my own Kettlebells once in a while!!!!

Glad to hear you're out and about again. It's good to get back into a routine. Good luck with your running.

Well done on your running! Mud happens, I guess. I remember how my hubby looked one time after orienteering, covered from head to foot and shocking wet. I did laugh! We got him home and dry, he was fine 😀
