I made it through the festive season! I did not cheat :) My portion sizes was a bit bigger than required but my weight stayed the same. Whoohoo! So today back to being strict and on track.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 98.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

667 kcal Fat: 42.12g | Prot: 51.41g | Carb: 20.00g.   Breakfast: Boiled Egg. Lunch: Green String Beans with Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Grilled or Baked Pork Chop (Lean and Fat Eaten). Dinner: Grilled or Baked Pork Chop, Black Olives, Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Caring Candies Dairy-Free Chocolate. more...
