The past few weeks have been beyond amazing...I turned 30, got a new boyfriend, did some travelling, drank like a fish & ate like no tomorrow and did zero exercise. Now that the festive season is finally over and I am back at work...time to get back at it and leave the 90's behind. I am not one for new year resolutions but rather small term goals for each month...By the 31st of January I hope to achieve 2 things...firstly get under 90kg mark and secondly walk/run total distance of 100km( I use Runkeeper and Nike Plus). Will post pics at month end Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas & New Years...lets make 2016 the year we smash our weightloss/gain/fit goals#2016IsOurYear :-)
