Bad scale today. Sticking to diet but ate late last night - took daughter shopping at mall for work outfit and didn't get home for dinner till 10:30 pm. Hoping thats why because I've really been sticking to my schedule otherwise and I'm still gaining!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 181.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
