Lost the 2 pounds I picked up during Christmas. That added 2 weeks to my journey! One stinkin day of eating too much cost me 2 weeks! I hope this is a lesson that will stay planted in my brain. For some reason I was feeling "munchy" a couple of days this week and with the kids here there were evil carbs laying around. All I had to do was reach out...and I almost did a few times. My cravings had same as gone away once I got the sugar out of my system so this was not a welcome return. I found that bullet proof coffee did a great job of taking care of this problem. It satisfies something in my brain and calms the cravings.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't stress, probably water weight too. "Almost did" is great, because 'I did' and trust me we know how evil carbs work. I didn't just stop after one of the evil carbs. It's great that bulletproof coffee is helping with your cravings. Once I get them, nothing helps (oh yeah, self control--which had none of this week). You are doing great, and will continue to do so.

I did too, can't just blame the holidays. I gave into sugar in the fall, finding it hard to get back on track. People talk about losing the taste for sugar - I was on the Whole 30 diet from January to September and lost 44 lbs, treated myself only a couple times but in the fall I started treating myself more often. By Christmas I gained 9 pounds back. Positive I am still at a lost from last year. And committed to the Whole 30 diet on January 1 - 3rd day in and already lost the bloat - my fat clothes are looser. Hears to getting back on the track 😉

What's bulletproof coffee?

14toGo you put a cup of very hot coffee in the blender, add 1 TBS unrefined coconut oil, and 1 TBS butter and blend until emulsified. I like to add a shake of cinnamon to mine, and sometimes I substitute heavy whipping cream for the butter. Very filling and keeps you full for a long time.

Bulletproof coffee is amazing! I don't even add the grass fed butter...the coconut oil does it for me!
