Woo-hoo! I am down another kilo of my re-gained weight - bringing me MUCH closer to my goal for Wednesday morning! I am today at 93.2 kgs, one kilo down since yesterday. My statistics say that I need to lose an average of 600 grams per day to meet my goal Wednesday to celebrate that I've lost weight for one year, and this just brought me a good chunk closer. Now let's just hope that I will make it. I am contemplating - if my body acts right through today and tomorrow - to skip Spike Day on Saturday. It messes with the weigh-ins and I won't be ready for Wednesday. Normally, I would never do this, but to me this is a land mark day and I really want to reach my goal of losing 65 kgs by that day. My original goal was 45 kgs in one year, so I am way ahead of schedule, but I think it would be SO cool do accomplish. I gotta try and go for it!

Now, about the Spike Diet. I need a little help from you guys who kinda follow it through me. I have gotten a few messages from people who have VERY high spike day calorie numbers calculated, and I think they're wrong. If you don't mind, would you please inbox me your age, gender, height and weight, and what you have calculated. I'd like to go over it to make sure to help you doing it right, and to make sure I don't have something wrong in my info about how to do it. I would greatly appreciate it. :)

Today's the day where I should hear the news that there is a new bass guitar sitting in Copenhagen for me. And tomorrow's the day I will go pick it up. Man, I hope things go as planned this time. Cross your fingers!

Life is good!

LOL, been looking in my food journal, have we? :) A frikadelle is a fried meat ball, made with ground port (sometimes mixed with ground beef), shredded onion, egg, milk, flour, salt and pepper. This is one of my HUGE weaknesses, and something I love. It's so basic and simple, but oh, so good. This is one of those dishes that I can NOT have sitting in front of me at the dinner table. I will keep going until they're gone. This is why we keep the dinner items in the kitchen, make a plate and go sit in the living room. Actually, not a bad idea at all. It takes away the temptation of just getting "a quick one" after you're done eating. This way, I have to walk to the kitchen (at the other end of the house) to get more, if I still feel hungry. Usually, this doesn't happen. Oh, and here's a picture: http://tinyurl.com/6dqx7sn
