Been easy to avoid the sugars this holiday season. Always satiated and burning all the fat I eat. Plus or minus 5 pounds of my target weight depends on the carbohydrate choices I make. 65% fat, 25% protein and 10 % carbohydrate is my ratios for optimal physiological performance.
