I am starting to keep track what is going into my mouth and I am still going to Curve's and I started in July going to the YMCA where I do water walking and water arobics. Starting 1/4 every Monday and Thursday I am going to start doing a cycling class. I am hoping to get off my down to 320 by the end of January. Fingers crossed.
332.6 lb Lost so far: 93.4 lb.    Still to go: 107.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
