Woke at 223.8, down .6 from yesterday. Started to move massive water today, which made my outside HIIT walking/running a challenge! Had to rush back home three times for potty breaks. Also tweaked my foot a bit so had to do walking only for the last 3.5 miles. Got 5.5 miles in and weighed 217.8 afterward. Had a great day of low carb eating, but kids want to go out for steaks, so will do that. Huge calories at Texas Roadhouse (and a few liquor filled chocolates when I returned). Oh well...

I lost count of how many times I got up last night. Partly due to my hubby who got sick during the night. =( Here's hoping I don't get it!

Wow...6 pounds in fluid...I almost wish that could happen to me! Great job bringing the numbers down...take care of that foot :D
