I would but a fast is way out of my league I had a hard enough time doing in for 36 hours for a medical thing

As long as I can make coffee out of the water I'll do it. Hell, I practically do every day, anyway. lol

I would, but I'm fasting today & tomorrow. SN... unsweetened green tea (and coffee) works great to help me get through the fast. Good luck! :)

I'll cheer you on but can't commit to a fast then, already promised the wife I'd take her to dinner.

Phil. Of course you can have coffee. It's an anti-oxidant, and an anti-headache medication.

EDC. Don't be tempted. ;) Beverages. Fine as long as no artificial sweeteners and no calorie. How's that? Rguarino. Obviously you are making the right choice.

Typically 16hr fasts are a daily routine, with a 24hr fast once per week. However, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day...not happening, I have a ton of food to cook. Fasting will be from the morning of the 26th till' the morning of the 27th, prior to take, I expect to be in a food coma :-)

I'll do the food coma on Christmas day. I plan to do some cramming. Now where did I put those stretchy pants?

Thursday will be one of my low-calorie days this week. Christmas Day I'll be eating lots! And drinking beer, yum!

Sadly, no, can't fast because we celebrate Xmas/Winter Solstice/Hanukah Dinner on Xmas Eve. Like the idea, though.
