Another pound down. Slowly but surely.

162.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Tracy - Guess slow is the only choice I have. And I wanted to tell you that I thought of you last night. Was in the store and saw Oat Milk! So it has now made it to my corner of the world.

Buffy that's awesome ! I think when you loose a pound that I gain it, but then I "fudge" much more than you have done, so it's my own fault, not excuses here :)

We're happier than you????!! OK, Buffy, I hereby give you permission to revel in your success! Just think.....every pound you lose is worth more than the pound before. It's a higher percentage of your total weight because your weight keeps going down. Now doesn't that just make your day, too?
