i'm happy to lose 6 lbs this week. hope i can keep it up. thanks for the good recipes.

213.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb. Still to go: 73.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

I am proud of you!!!I know its hard, but, you have a friend doing this with you, will be so MUCH BETTER and YOU will STICK to things much better, which means YOU WILL LOOSE the LBS!!!! GOOD JOB!
