Little at a time. Still need to make better choices- especially at work. However, if I quit, I won't have that challenge to deal with.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A little at a time is much healthier than super-fast, it's much more likely to stay off! Read your history and we have a lot in common. Every time I want to eat something I shouldn't, I think about body pain and general, overall, "I feel lousy again and it's enough to help me keep working toward the best health I can find. Sounds like you're doing great!
