Learned a good lesson this weekend. Had a friend visit I hadn't seen in 20 years. Between the 6 or 7 drinks I had and eating out twice (one of the times being at 11pm at night eating chicken wings with the skin on!), I don't know which was worse. My body is sure telling me off today. Gained 3lbs back. Hopefully I can get back on track before next weekend when my sister and mother come to visit for a week! Ugg, more eating out! Got back to my workouts the minute they left this morning. Now back to 6 more lbs to lose before my goal. After seeing some of the pictures from "behind" that were taken this weekend, I think I will be resetting a new goal of 140 after I hit that magic 150. Was sooo close before the chicken wing fiasco!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
