Stayed the Same again :( whats going on :(

That's the thing about weight loss, sometimes you'll be doing the same good work you've been doing and then you'll get no results for it. Sometimes the body sticks to the weight it has for awhile. But you can shock your body into burning those calories by switching up your work out routine. To me, squats are extremely annoying but they do work =)
