Week 1:
The start was good. No cheating. I've set an RDI of 1000 Kcal, which was fairly easy to keep. I managed about -15000 Kcal this week, which is consistent with my weight loss. My water management wasn't an issue due to often visits to the sauna.
My physiotherapist advised a first 5K run to see what happens. It was good, no pain during or after.
This morning the Ketostix indicated a "strong" ketosis, as expected.
I am looking forward to another good week with similar results.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
