Good Morning Dear Diary, I went shopping for groceries this Morning. I don't know why I keep deviating from my Low Carb Program, when I know full well that the Low Carb works so well for me!! I really need to get a GRIP and go Low Carbing ALL THE WAY!!!!!! That said, it's game time and that means time for me to lose this excess weight FOR GOOD!!!! GAME ON !!!!!!!!!!!
