Well I've been inspired by a couple of fellow FS associate's comments on not letting the holidays hinder progress. I'm counting calories and doing well on that front....just need to do more exercise. I've lost my mojo a bit. I still walk my buddy Max almost everyday and do a quick pilates workout for my lower back. I need to get back into my hot yoga class and hiking the beautiful Arizona trails!!!

137.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What the heck is hot yoga? I'm just hoping now to hold my weight for the next month or so. Good luck.

I've been to AZ a few times but only saw trails in the North (like Sedona & Grand Canyon parts). Good for you to diet in December and not just take the month off! Why start the new year trying to overcome a slump, right? Maybe take Max out for an extra 30 minutes each time? Love the yoga/Pilates/hiking ideas. Keep us posted.
