had a pot-luck at work on wed. my willpower went out the window as soon as i smelled the fried chicken! once i ate that i decided i may as well enjoy all the sides & desserts as well. oops! came home and did zumba. didn't gain this week, but wanted to lose a little! oh, well. my own dumb fault!
138.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
