If you find yourself being hungry and craving carbs, I strongly recommend Atkins. I started about where you are, and have lost 31 pounds since the first of June and I feel great. Good luck!

I'm interested in junk when I should be interested in veggies and fruit. ;0)

It's a new week. Some weeks it's easier for me to put all my food in for the day and then I don't have to "think" about what I'm going to eat, especially if I know it's a tough week (like AF coming on). Sugar-free jello is my best friend on craving week. I think it has like 20 calories a serving, so I can eat the whole box for 40 calories, a little more if I want to add light whip cream. I was never a jello person, but I love the raspberry! It's such a typical answer, but exercise IS the key, sure wish it was a lot of fun! :)
