Must be all the sodium I had last night as we decided to go out for dinner.

I haven't been in the mood to journal much lately. My weight is not changing even though I get out most work days and go for a run. I don't eat badly but there must be something I'm missing. And with the Christmas season upon us, I just want to hang in there and not gain anymore!
176.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you! Sometimes I think it must be late, too late to get a workout in and then I realize it's 6:00. =) Hopefully our bodies are just adjusting to winter.
