Today (Thanksgiving Day), I'm pleased to announce I've dropped another three pounds!I still have a long way to go to get to my goal, but every little bit helps! Have a great day, and a Happy Thanksgiving! And by all means, don't ever give up on your goal to live a healthy lifestyle!
275.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
