Happy Friday FS!! Best to all as the weekend is coming! Woo hoo!

Still focused on "me" to lose weight which is something that has been missing for a long time. I actually feel quite motivated about it. Another big woo hoo!

Best to all and have a fabulous day with sights on the weekend!! ;-)
174.9 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 32.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
