I was going to weigh in on Friday to give myself more time to get down to what I was Last week. However Thanksgiving is going to be a rough diet day no matter if I try to be good or not. so even though I'm not at my goal for the week I'm still happy with my progress.
242.2 lb Lost so far: 55.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
