...So I just decided not to weigh in after this for a month and I've lost weight! Crazy how things work sometimes. I'm still going to follow my plan and see where I am then!
148.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1329 kcal Fat: 39.20g | Prot: 48.66g | Carb: 216.89g.   Breakfast: nature's own, fruit with fiber. Lunch: Vegan Mac from FFV, carrot, celery, Creamy Sweet Tomato Basil Soup, bell pepper. Dinner: yukon potatoes, great value cut green beans, olive oil, Creamy Sweet Tomato Basil Soup, eggplant, Vegan Mac from FFV. Snacks/Other: Kashi Peanutty Dark Chocolate Bar, water, ghiradelli semisweet chips, Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies, unsweetened soymilk, nesquik. more...

Great job on your wieght...yes I believe the evil scales are just not good on some days..and you might get a pleasant surprise by then...Enjoy your Thursday....
