That's much better! Hooray!
Resist temptation! Make sure you drink your water! After a disappointing loss last week, I strove to make sure I was drinking my water and I had much more success this week!
276.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 116.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
